We run documents the way we run everything else — one driver, one contact, no depot in between. Filings that have to be stamped today, closing packets that can't wait for overnight, and materials that need to be in someone's hands before a meeting starts.
We've collected booklets from FedEx and had them on a boardroom table in time for the presentation. A document run has no pallets and no weight, so it's just the base, the miles and the fee — our cheapest job and usually our fastest.
What we move
There's no reason to be open without food to sell.
A freight carrier quotes you two to five days. A restaurant that runs out on a Friday doesn't have two to five days — every hour open with an empty line is revenue gone, and the rate you paid to avoid that stops being the expensive part.
We've moved a full palletized food order, refrigerated, picked up and delivered in under 3 hours. That's the difference between a lost service and a normal one.

A driver leaves Dearborn with your load within 24 hours of the order being placed. Miss it, and we pay you $500 for every 24 hours we're late.
- What the 24 hours covers
- Dispatch, not arrival. For anywhere in Michigan that means same-day delivery in practice. For a long haul, driving time is on top — we guarantee the truck is rolling within 24 hours, not that a load reaches California overnight.
- Where the clock starts
- When the order is placed, and it runs from our location in Dearborn.
- What it doesn't cover
- The job has to be physically possible. If the goods aren't ready at pickup, nobody's there to receive them, or weather and road closures stop the truck, the clock pauses — we're not covering delays that aren't ours.
How it works
- Email us the load. Pickup and delivery addresses, what's moving, rough pallet count and weight, whether it needs refrigeration, and when it has to be there.
- We quote it back. A firm number for that job — pallets, weight, refrigeration and distance all priced in. No surprises at the dock.
- We're on the road within 24 hours. You get the driver's number and one contact who answers the phone.
- Settle up on delivery. Card, or invoiced if you're a repeat account.

Tip and convenience are charged on everything — delivery charges and the goods together — bringing a 10 mile run with $20 of items to $45.62 during normal hours. Rounding always favors the guest: money we collect rounds down, money we give back rounds up. So the review discount on that order is $5.13, not $5.12, leaving $40.49.

Who we are
iDeliver is a Dearborn delivery service that has been running since 2011. We started with hookah and never stopped adding to the list. If you can buy it locally and it's legal to carry, we'll go get it and bring it to your door — at three in the afternoon or three in the morning.
We're not the cheapest way to get something delivered, and we've never pretended to be. You're paying for someone to drop what they're doing and go get exactly what you asked for, at any hour. It's not for everyone.
We also handle work most delivery services turn down — refrigerated transport, palletized freight and box-trailer loads for commercial customers, with a same-day guarantee — and courier work for law firms and offices, where a filing or a set of booklets has to be somewhere before a deadline. If it's bigger than a car, or more urgent than the mail, ask anyway.
